Fabio Paratici as sporting director and Massimiliano Allegri on the bench?
Fabio Capello, former AC Milan coach, was interviewed by La Gazzetta dello Sport and gave his approval for the possible arrival of both at Milan:
"How would I see them? Well, because they have already worked together. Each of them knows the strengths and weaknesses of the other, and their partnership in Turin worked wonderfully, not to mention the other key figures, starting with the ownership and Beppe Marotta, and of course, the players. But regarding Milan, if I may, there are certain things that need to be clarified first."

Capello added:
"It's difficult to understand what the club wants to do. Who makes the decisions? For example, this season, I haven’t fully grasped Ibrahimovic’s role. What is the plan now? I read about the intention to add a sporting director. Fine, but with what responsibilities and powers? I have always been used to a club with clear and well-defined roles within its organizational structure: a president who allocates the budget, a CEO or general director who ensures financial discipline and sets the direction, and a sporting director who, in agreement with the coach, handles the technical side. At Milan, for now, everything seems a bit vague, but let’s see if things become clearer in the summer."
