Giorgio Furlani, AC Milan’s CEO, spoke to DAZN ahead of the Milan-Fiorentina match. Here are his comments before the game:
On the Fabio Paratici case and the search for a sporting director:
"I’ve always said that I wouldn’t comment on news or alleged reports regarding possible names that haven’t been made official yet, but I’ll tell you this: the reality is that we’re in the same position as we were a few days ago — we haven’t yet decided on the sporting director, despite all the rumors that have circulated."
Is there a deadline for making a decision? Furlani replied:
"We’re aware that it’s already April, so it’s important to start preparing for next season. For us, it’s crucial to find and choose the right person."
On upcoming goals:
"I want to stay focused on the pitch, on the match. We want to finish the season well — the Champions League mission is still in our minds."
