The casting for Milan’s new sporting director has not yet reached a definitive conclusion. After the dead end with Fabio Paratici, the race now appears to be narrowed down to Igli Tare, the clear favorite, and Tony D’Amico, currently at Atalanta. Fabio Ravezzani, director of TeleLombardia, has spoken on the matter.

Here's his harsh opinion on the Rossoneri's casting for the club’s new sporting director role, as relayed via Milannews.it:
"I can’t believe that after two months of casting, the Rossoneri club is still undecided on whether to hire Tare or not. If that’s true, we’re beyond amateurism, we’re heading straight into self-sabotage when it comes to club management."
