Directly from Milanello, Peppe Di Stefano, the Sky correspondent has revealed the names that are figuring on Milan's shortlist for the center-forward position. Here are his words:
“For the future in attack there are the names of Scamacca and Vlahovic who would be complementary with Ibrahimovic. Complementary because when Ibra is there he plays without a technical choice, but this year he has not been available for many games, and therefore another striker would have minutes. On Sunday at 12.30 in place of Ibrahimovic, Leao will probably start, author of 3-4 months not at [his best] after starting the season well. Leao can be decisive in this Champions League race. However, Ibrahimovic remains at the center of the project and will renew his contract in the next few days until June 2022. He will close his career at Milan at almost 41 years of age, he is a unique and useful player for Milan, both on and off the pitch”.
