From the choice of the coach, twice, to the management of Milan Futuro, to not relying immediately on a competent, experienced sporting director who could carry out his duties autonomously and independently.
The fact that there is not even a shadow of the new sporting director, and that they continue to navigate by sight, only further underlines how at Casa Milan they are unable to learn anything from past mistakes and continue, with presumption and arrogance, to get every choice wrong between incompetence and conceit.
