Milan is finishing the season well, it seems to have found its balance, with fewer risks and better play.
The new formation seems to be paying off, a pity that we only got there now, late, when the objectives in the league are already gone. I would say not to get too carried away, Milan today remains ninth in the standings and with few prospects even after the last four matches before the end. Feet on the ground, but the important objective is to arrive well at the Coppa Italia final on May 14 against Bologna.

Conceição in the last games is doing well, but the overall balance remains negative. In the league he did very badly, taking over a team that was eighth and that today is ninth. In the Champions League he did very badly, while he did well in the Supercoppa and, so far, in the Coppa Italia, which however must be won. A small consolation, for the fans, of a season that remains not positive also comes from the possibility that Inter could win fewer trophies than Milan, maybe even ending up with no successes at all.
But looking at the standings, the regret increases, for what could have been and was not. The hope also grows that someone over at via Aldo Rossi might embark on the right path. I am referring to the one who today is first in the standings: Antonio Conte, who inherited a team that finished tenth last year and today is first. A masterpiece signed by the Salento coach. He could have been at Milan and therefore it makes you want to tear your hair out.
Could it become relevant again?
It seems that there are some problems with Napoli, which is why Giorgio Furlani, instead of wasting days, or rather weeks, or maybe months in the sporting director casting, should pick up a phone and give it some thought, to understand whether there is room or not. With Conte, Milan next year would fight for the Scudetto and therefore… we must give it a try!
