At this moment, there are two questions that Milan fans are asking regarding the future of the Rossoneri club:
Who will be the new sporting director? And who will be the coach for the next season?
These are two interconnected issues because until there is a new sporting director, there will be no news regarding the bench. However, rumors are not lacking, and several names are circulating, although it is not 100% to be excluded that Sergio Conceição may stay.

A confirmation chance at Milanello?
As Tuttosport explains this morning, while until recently the departure of the Portuguese coach at the end of this season seemed certain, now he has a small chance of being confirmed in his position, especially if he were to win the Coppa Italia, which would be the second trophy of the season for the Rossoneri, after the Supercoppa Italiana. A small percentage, around 10%, but certainly higher than the near-zero chance of a few days ago when his departure at the end of this sporting year seemed already written.
Several names are linked with AC Milan...
The most likely scenario remains the change on the bench, and the names circulating are several: among the candidates to replace Conceição is, for example, Massimiliano Allegri, who is free, as is Maurizio Sarri. There are also other coaches that are liked at Casa Milan, but are currently under contract with other clubs: one of them is certainly Vincenzo Italiano, who is doing great things at Bologna, as well as Cesc Fàbregas, who is having a great season with Como. In the background remain Roberto De Zerbi, the current coach of Marseille, and especially Antonio Conte if he decides to leave Napoli at the end of the season. It is no secret that the latter is the big dream of Milan fans.
