The former Milan striker, now at Werder Bremen (on loan from Leipzig), André Silva, gave an interview to Record and also spoke about a particular notion that has followed him for some time, at least in the media: the possibility of a return to Porto.

"There has never been the opportunity," — he said — "It's hard for me to talk about it, because there’s the professional side and the emotional side… But you never know. I like to focus on the things I can control, and imagining scenarios doesn’t change the path."
On the transfer from Porto to Milan, which took place in 2017, Silva commented:
"At that time, well, I was living my dream, right? At a moment when the club wasn’t in a comfortable situation. I was the player who could bring the most money to my club, and when an offer came from Milan, a historic club… There are many things that matter in those moments, it’s not just the market, my heart, or my choice, in that moment. I think I was 21 years old at the time, and that’s when I chose to go to Milan. It was a demanding challenge and, of course, a source of pride — one of the most important clubs in the world."
