Speaking on 'Pressing', Riccardo Trevisani made the following statements regarding the possible sale of one of the top players in Milan's squad:
"To understand Milan's signings and sales, it would be nice to know the name of the coach. Among Reijnders, Theo, Leao, and Maignan, the last one I would have sold is Reijnders, while I would have let go of Theo."
Trevisani continued:
"The Dutchman has more market value, it's true, but the French full-back also has suitors—for example, in January there was an offer from Como, and I know he's very appreciated in Saudi Arabia. If he's going to repeat this season, he can leave without any regrets. On the other hand, if you sell Reijnders, you're weakening yourself in an area of the pitch where you're already not strong."
