First important day for Igli Tare as the new sporting director of Milan.
The meeting with Roma marked the Albanian executive’s debut with the Rossoneri, during which he did not oppose the sale of Saelemaekers. Also present at the summit was Giuseppe Riso, the intermediary for the Belgian international’s deal and agent of several players. Among them is Lorenzo Lucca, a player much appreciated by Milan's management, as reported by Calciomercato.com.

Is Milan interested in striker Lorenzo Lucca?
Lucca remains on the Rossoneri's radar; yesterday’s contact served to take stock of the situation. The 24-year-old Italian centre-forward, born in Moncalieri, is set to leave Udinese and has not reached an agreement with any club yet, which means there is still room for a move from Milan. Riso also laid out the purchase terms: at least 25 million euros are needed to convince Udinese.
The parties have agreed to touch base again in the coming weeks, because while Lucca is seen as a good opportunity by Milan, he is not a market priority. Before possibly going all in, Tare and Moncada want to appoint the new coach and get his opinion on the Udinese forward as well.
