This morning’s edition of Tuttosport headlines:
"Attemot for Jashari, but Club Brugge ask for a high price: 40 million euros.”
The Rossoneri, in search of reinforcements in midfield after the permanent sale of Tijjani Reijnders to Manchester City, are strongly interested in Ardon Jashari, a 2002-born midfielder currently playing for Club Brugge. Contacts with the player’s entourage are ongoing, but the first reports from Belgium have revealed the valuation the Belgian club has placed on their gem: 40 million euros.
An exaggerated figure according to Milan, who will try to lower Club Brugge’s demand. However, the Belgian club is a tough negotiator, as already shown a few years ago in the lengthy negotiations that eventually brought Charles De Ketelaere to the Rossoneri.
The directors of the Serie A club are also monitoring other midfield profiles, such as Granit Xhaka of Bayer Leverkusen.
