Luca Serafini spoke on Radio 24 during the program "Tutti convocati" and commented on the imminent sale of Theo Hernandez to Al Hilal:
"Theo Hernandez used to have the backing of Pioli and Maldini, which later disappeared. I feel sorry for him because he's going to die, metaphorically, in Saudi Arabia."
Serafini continued:
"I feel sorry for Milan too, as they had one of the best full-backs in the world in their squad."
