AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has spoken through the microphones of Sky following the loss against Sassuolo in Serie A. Here are his statements:
On Maldini's words:
"If Maldini said those things it means he has those feelings".
On the Superleague:
"The Super League didn't affect us. We're focused on our goal. We know it will be difficult. We haven't lost energy on other things. I love freedom of speech and thought".
On the upcoming games:
"We're not afraid to ruin this season. We must be happy to have the pressure. A year ago we were fighting for the Europa League, this year we're playing for the Champions League. If we don't succeed it won't be a catastrophe."
On Ibrahimovic:
"He had a calf strain. We hope he can recover. It's not certain that Bennacer, Theo and Ibrahimovic will be available for the Lazio game".
