Fabrizio Romano gave these updates on Milan's transfer market on his YouTube channel:
On Archie Brown choosing to go to Fenerbahce instead of the Rossoneri:
"It was one of the strangest negotiations in recent years, with both Milan and Fenerbahçe sending private jets to Brussels for Archie Brown, but in the end, yesterday morning he decided to go to Turkey. As the player himself explained, everything was practically done with Milan, but then a decisive phone call from the president of the Turkish club convinced him to choose the yellow-and-black team."

On Club Brugge's midfielder Ardon Jashari:
"Ardon Jashari remains one of Milan’s targets. He keeps rejecting all other offers he receives, such as the one from West Ham. But there is also another Premier League club that recently made an offer to the Swiss midfielder — Nottingham Forest. These are very lucrative offers for the player, but at the moment he’s saying no to all of them because he only wants Milan. Now we’re entering a decisive phase because Milan can’t wait forever. Jashari is doing his part; he has turned down major offers from the Premier League because he wants only Milan."
On Chelsea's Nicolas Jackson:
"We can almost cross Nicolas Jackson off Milan’s shortlist for the attack, because Chelsea have no intention of lowering the price to a reasonable level. They are starting with a valuation of €100 million, which could go down to €85–90 million, but these are figures that are simply out of reach for Italian football."
