Fabrizio Romano, together with Matteo Moretto, published a video on his YouTube channel in which he provided these updates on Milan’s transfer market: the club is close to finalizing a deal for Victor Boniface, but at the same time has not given up on Conrad Harder.

“Last night Milan and Bayer Leverkusen reached an agreement for Victor Boniface. The two clubs have begun preparing the documents, which they hope to exchange today. The deal has been structured as a loan with a buy option set at around €30 million. Everything is fine between the clubs, and in the coming hours Boniface’s agent will be in Milan to try to finalize the agreement with the Rossoneri regarding his contract. An understanding still needs to be found on the terms of the Nigerian’s future contract, in case a year from now the club decides to exercise the option and sign him permanently. Very soon, Max Allegri could therefore have his new number 9."
"Now, regarding Conrad Harder, the 2005-born striker from Sporting Lisbon: Milan continues to keep track of him even though the club is on the verge of sealing the Boniface deal in the next few hours. Harder remains one of the names on the table that Milan is evaluating to see if he could become a market opportunity. His valuation is around €20–22 million. Sporting initially wanted to sell him only on a permanent deal, but they are now opening up to different formulas. The player himself is keen on changing teams. Milan will continue to monitor this path.”
