The Mexican not only showed he is out of shape, but for long stretches of the match he was completely out of the game.
In fact, he failed to make the most of the few chances, (virtually none, to be honest) that fell his way, as pointed out by the Italy-based news website Milan News.
These final days of the transfer market must bring reflection, but above all a new center-forward for head coach Massimiliano Allegri, as La Gazzetta dello Sport also headlined this morning:
“Boniface decision. Milan reflects; wants a top striker.”
After all, there is no other solution if the team wants to at least improve.
