Fabio Capello, former Milan coach, interviewed by Gazzetta dello Sport, spoke about Allegri’s Milan, starting with its strengths:
"They concede very few goals, they are balanced, and they allow few shots. This is the most important aspect. Allegri has been and will remain crucial. He has solidified the team. Now they only need a top striker."

Why has Gimenez underperformed so far? Capello replied:
"Honestly, I don’t understand it. It’s incredible. In the Netherlands, he always scored, and in the Champions League last year he was decisive. In two and a half years in Rotterdam, he scored over sixty goals. I don’t think he has forgotten how to score. He also creates chances: at least two or three per game. For a striker, this matters. The problem arises when you don’t get chances. He just needs to unlock himself. I’m sure that once he scores his first goal, he won’t stop."
