Sporting Director Igli Tare spoke to DAZN before Juventus-Milan. Here are his live statements:
On Rafael Leao’s “social communication” and his relationship with Massimiliano Allegri:
"Compared to our time, the world of communication has completely changed. Players interact with fans through social media, but as long as they respect the rules of their clubs, everything is possible. Leao enjoys doing these things. As for his relationship with Allegri, a good understanding developed right away. Max is a coach who knows how to motivate, who knows how to bring the best out of every player. For us he is a key player who must give everything. Right now we are trying to get him back from this long injury."

On Santiago Gimenez, starting again today:
"He has grown a lot physically. Especially this week he has been a pleasant surprise in training because he is in good shape, you can feel it and see it. We have a lot of confidence in him. He feels it not only from us but also from his teammates. That’s why I am convinced he will have a great match tonight and, why not, score his first league goal."
Tare on how important it is for Milan not to have midweek fixtures at this stage of the project:
"It helps us a lot. We prepare matches in the best possible way, we also work individually with players. Starting well as we did is crucial, but the road is still long. The picture now looks good and that allows you to work well, but we know we must maintain consistency. The league is tough and there are many teams with big ambitions."
