Maurizio Sarri spoke to SportMediaset and discussed the coming Coppa Italia fixture against AC Milan.
Here's what he said:
"We need to reset everything and throw ourselves into the next match, without creating excuses about referees. A suggestion comes to mind, place the VAR stations on the opposite side of the benches. The referee needs to make decisions in a calmer setting than what I saw. Revenge? We need to play for our targets, we need everything except a tense match."
Sarri also added:
"At this stage, three matches per week are a problem, but we will make a sacrifice and give everything without pressure. It will be a match where the five substitutions get used fast. This season we have no ambitions in the standings, you need to be honest. We need this to grow and build a base we will try to improve to be competitive."
