Tomorrow could and should be Niclas Füllkrug’s day, with the striker increasingly close to wearing the Milan shirt after a year and a half that has been more than disappointing at West Ham. The Milan–London axis, however, could deliver Massimiliano Allegri not only an attacker, but also a central defender, as the Rossoneri hierarchy is seriously evaluating an opportunity from Chelsea.

Milan target Chelsea’s Disasi
With the romantic return of Thiago Silva off the table after he signed for Porto, Milan immediately went back to work to find another solution that meets Massimiliano Allegri’s needs. The coach’s explicit request is for an experienced centre-back who is, above all, reliable. Without Champions League football, even factoring in the potential revenue from winning the Italian Super Cup, the 'Rossoneri' cannot afford a major investment after the spending carried out in the summer if they want to close the next set of accounts in profit.
For this reason, Milan could once again knock on Chelsea's door, this time for Axel Disasi, capitalising on the strong relationship with the Blues’ ownership, as relayed via Milan News. The plan would be to bring the French player to Milan on favourable terms, similar to the Füllkrug deal, a straight loan with an option to buy triggered by the achievement of certain objectives. After the €45 million spent in the summer of 2023, Chelsea would be expecting far more, but Disasi’s entourage is reportedly pushing for such a solution, as the player is tired of waiting for an opportunity that Maresca has given him little to none over the past two years.
