On its official social media channels, Lega Serie A has unveiled the six players shortlisted for the December Player of the Month award. Among the nominees is AC Milan’s number 11, Christian Pulisic. The other five candidates are Napoli’s Højlund, Inter’s Lautaro Martínez, Atalanta’s Scamacca, Torino’s Vlašić, and Juventus’ Kenan Yıldız. Let’s take a look at the American’s December in numbers.

Pulisic played 298 minutes and scored 3 goals, averaging one goal every 99 minutes. His goals in Turin stand out in particular, both scored after coming off the bench against Torino, helping Milan turn the game around from 2–1 to 3–2.
Despite these impressive figures, it is worth noting that the forward has been dealing for some time with a flexor issue, which has prevented him from being at full fitness and has seen him start several matches on the bench.
