Strahinja Pavlovic has been called up for tomorrow evening’s match at San Siro against Lecce. In recent days, the Serbian defender received nine stitches to his eyebrow after a collision during Fiorentina vs Milan.
In today’s press conference, Allegri had sounded doubtful about Strahinja Pavlovic availability:
"Pavlovic is unlikely to feature, until yesterday he was not able to head the ball. Gimenez is still out. The others are more or less all fine. Tomorrow there will be some changes, because it is the fourth match in two weeks," as relayed via Milan News.
