Exactly two weeks before the start of the Winter Olympic Games, AC Milan welcomes athletes, delegations and visitors from all over the world to its home, San Siro: one of Milan’s most iconic sporting venues and a powerful symbol of the city that will host the Opening Ceremony of the Games.
The Welcome to Milan video, released today across the Club’s official channels, celebrates the authentic bond between sport, culture and the city - values that have always defined AC Milan’s identity and its deep connection with Milan, a natural stage for major international events.
Through a collective narrative featuring both male and female players from the Club, Milan comes to life through its distinctive codes: style, embodied by Adrien Rabiot as an expression of the world’s fashion capital; art and vision, entrusted to Luka Modrić, who in the video takes on the role of an artist painting San Siro; and everyday life combined with timeless elegance, portrayed with irony by Christian Pulisic.
The city’s true heart is also revealed through Soo-Jeong Park, forward for AC Milan Women, who represents Milan’s energy and international outlook, and Matteo Gabbia, born and raised in Milan, who embodies the city’s deepest and most authentic identity. Bringing all these elements together is Zlatan Ibrahimović, the Club’s iconic figure, who introduces the spirit of the project on the eve of the Games and is set to take part in the event as a torchbearer during the journey of the Olympic Flame to Milan—following in the footsteps of Men’s First Team Head Coach Massimiliano Allegri, who did so just two weeks ago.
A simple yet powerful message: Milan is ready to welcome the world. And AC Milan is proud to be part of it.
