Regarding the Rossoneri league form, today’s edition of Corriere dello Sport headlines this morning:
"Milan at the Max. Big Numbers in Europe."

AC Milan, coached by Massimiliano Allegri, currently sit second, eight points behind Inter Milan (with a game in hand).
They have collected 53 points from 24 matches so far. This marks the second-best tally in the Rossoneri’s history in Serie A during the three-points-for-a-win era, matching the 1995/1996 season, with only the 61 points from 2003/2004 ranking higher.
There is another astonishing figure for Allegri’s Milan: they are unbeaten in the league for 23 matches. This run ranks on the podium among the longest in the club’s history, level with the 1992/1993 season, and behind only the 24-match streak more than 70 years ago (1950/1951) and the 34-game run in 1991/1992. No other team in Europe is currently on such a long unbeaten streak in their domestic league.
