As the end of the season draws ever closer, the first discussions about the summer transfer window have already begun. Milan and the management at Via Aldo Rossi are no exception, with early evaluations being made ahead of the summer, and several players in the current squad who could depart. Among them is Youssouf Fofana, featured in the latest video by transfer market expert Matteo Moretto on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel. This therefore confirms the report from MilanNews.it a few days ago.

Matteo Moretto’s insight: "Milan are focused on the race for Champions League qualification. Securing it is crucial both from a sporting perspective and for future planning. Initial internal assessments regarding the transfer market are already underway, and there are some players who could leave. Fofana is a name to keep an eye on ahead of the summer: he is 27 years old, with a contract running until 2028, but he hasn’t fully adapted to Allegri’s Milan. Should an interesting offer arrive this summer, we expect Milan to consider it. In January, there were approaches from Turkish clubs, but nothing materialised."
