Among the profiles that Milan had explored last summer when they were searching for a defender, the Englishman Joe Gomez, a defender for Liverpool, had also remained in the background as a Plan B option.
The player is certainly not a regular starter for the Reds and, at the end of next season, in June 2027, he will become a free agent. According to Matteo Moretto, a transfer market expert, in his latest YouTube video, Gomez has been offered to the Milan club again ahead of next summer.
