Massimiliano Allegri spoke to DAZN before Genoa–Milan, the penultimate matchday of the 2025/26 Serie A season. Here are all his statements:
“Yesterday, Modric trained with the team. He had a bad injury and nobody expected it (his quick return). Today he is available, and we’ll see whether there’s a chance for him to play.”
How did you manage the week with the squad?
“We worked hard. It’s normal that these are important moments in the season. Today there’s this important match, and we’ll try to play it well, putting in a good performance and getting a good result.”
Do you feel the pressure? Allegri replied:
“When you’re playing for objectives, of course there’s pressure. The only thing we must do today is avoid anxiety and rushing to win the match, because lately, especially in the first halves, we’ve performed badly and conceded goals far too easily.”
