“Tonight we begin, and we’re ready. We want to show everything the coach has asked of us. We’re playing against a tough team, so we have to be very careful. We want to start with three points; that’s very important for us.”
Are you ready to play with a high defensive line?
“With the new coach, it’s different compared to last year. We play with a high line. We’ll see (laughs).”
Pavlovic, what is Amorim specifically asking of you?
"I’ve spoken to him a lot. He wants a defender who is comfortable playing with the ball and a team that keeps possession for 90 minutes. We have to keep the ball if we want to win."
