The day after their victory against Torino in the first official match of the season, Milan immediately returned to work at Milanello this morning. The players who started against the Granata underwent a recovery session, while those who came on during the match and those who did not play a single minute took part in the usual training session on the pitch.
Players who are on their way out of the club are continuing with individual work, including Santiago Gimenez, who also trained separately today for transfer-related reasons, as relayed via Milan News.
The Mexican striker, who has now fallen out of Ruben Amorim’s new technical project, remains on Porto’s radar. New contacts between the two clubs are expected today as they look to reach an agreement. The player, who is expected to leave on loan, has already reached an agreement with the Portuguese club for several days.
