The former CEO, member of the AC Milan Board of Directors since 2018, remained on the Board for a few months. Now, however, he is officially, no longer a member.
In fact, as the well-known Italian lawyer Felice Raimondo has reported, the Rossoneri’s Board of Directors now has the minimum number of members required under Article 15 of the club’s statutes, namely nine.
A new arrival at AC Milan for the end of October
As reported in recent days, a new executive will join the club at the end of October: James Fontanella-Khan, currently the US Finance Editor of the Financial Times, who will become the new Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, as relayed via Milan Press.
His role will involve working closely with Gerry Cardinale and defining the club’s strategy in its relations with Italian and international institutions.
