Among the possible candidates for AC Milan’s Head of Football, the Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport also mentions Piero Ausilio, the 51-year-old Italian executive who left Inter earlier this month:
"In theory, Piero Ausilio would also be available, and in many respects he would be the ideal profile, but the 28 years he has spent at Inter make this option unworkable."
As per the newspaper, the three options currently on Gerry Cardinale's radar are Markus Krosche, José Boto, and Devin Ozek.
