On Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, journalist Matteo Moretto revealed the latest regarding reports that Gerry Cardinale is looking to bring in a Head of Football at the club.

“Gerry Cardinale is looking to improve the club’s organisational structure from a sporting perspective. There is still the idea of bringing in a Head of Football, there is still the idea of adding another piece, one or two depending on the decisions Cardinale ultimately makes to further improve the current structure. We have spoken about contacts with Krösche, a name we revealed exclusively at the start of the transfer window. However, as of today, I can tell you that there is still no agreement with Krösche. In fact, there is also a slight distance between the two sides regarding their respective visions and the roles to be taken on within the Milan structure. So, as of today, Krösche is a name, but he is not the only name. There are some slight differences with him, and we will see what happens because the casting process is also open to other candidates.”
