On the sidelines of the event organised by Milan for their fans at the San Siro store, Christian Pulisic spoke to Sky Sport. Below are the words of the Rossoneri No. 11, who found the back of the net against Lecce after more than 250 days without scoring.
A spectacular goal against Lecce after a complicated start to the season:
"It was a strange start to the season. I was coming back from an injury and I wanted to play. It took time, I worked with the team and the coach, and I managed to get back on the pitch."

Is it one of the best goals of your career?
"I think it's one of the best. I didn't realise how difficult it was until I watched it back. Everyone told me it was a great goal. Is it one of the best? Yes."
Do you like the nickname Captain America?
"Only the media call me that. It doesn't bother me, it's a nice nickname."
Is the real Pulisic back?
"I've always felt good. The goals weren't really the issue. I hope to get back to that form. I feel good and I hope to continue like this."
What is your relationship like with Amorim?
"I have a good relationship with him. We're all learning his system and how he wants us to play. I'm very positive about him. The last match was perhaps one of our best, and we want to continue like this."
Pulisic, what does Amorim specifically ask of you?
"I think he wants us to find certain positions, especially when we have the ball. He wants us to play in a certain way and make certain movements. Obviously, there is also freedom in attack, but there are principles and positions we have to maintain. We're working well."
Italy is becoming important for your career. Would you like to continue with Milan?
"I'm very happy at Milan. The club is giving me everything and has helped me a lot. Right now, I'm focused on playing. We'll talk about it, hopefully soon. I feel really good and I hope to stay at Milan."
What more can you say about Ramos?
"It's fantastic to play with him. He works incredibly hard and helps the team defensively. He runs for 90 minutes and never stops. I'm not worried about him, the goals will come."
What can you learn from Luka Modric? Pulisic replied:
"He's an example. Everything he does, on the pitch, in matches, the way he controls the ball, the game. He's 41 years old and he's doing what he does, he's in great shape. As professionals, there are so many things we can learn from him."
Seven matches in 21 days: how are you feeling, and after this break, have you been training hard and do you feel you're at 100%?
"I feel good. I've worked hard over these weeks. Now the important part of the season begins. I have to be ready and I hope to play as many matches as possible. I can't wait for this period."
