The days when the international break will end and the clubs will once again take centre stage are approaching. For now, however, it is the national teams that continue to dominate the headlines and talking points.
This morning, Milan are mentioned twice on the front page of 'Corriere dello Sport'. On one occasion, they are mentioned directly, while on the other, it is through one of their players, Alphadjo Cisse, who has performed well for his national team.
In the side column of the 'CorSport' front page, Christian Pulisic's comments are featured after he met fans and the press yesterday at the Milan San Siro store.
The newspaper reads:
"Pulisic's message to Amorim: 'Ready to play every time'."
The subheading continues: "I feel good. After the injury, I hope to find more playing time."
