The Italian newspaper 'Tuttosport' analyse the situation of two Milan youngsters born in 2008, Francesco Camarda and Christian Comotto, who, after an excellent pre-season that prompted coach Ruben Amorim to block their departures on loan and the club to tie them down to new contracts until 2031, have found very little playing time in the first team.
Comotto, kept at the club to develop alongside Modric, has yet to make a single appearance in either Serie A or the Europa League, partly due to some fitness issues and intense competition in midfield. This could make a loan move possible in January, with clubs such as Parma and Monza, who had already shown interest in him, among the potential destinations.
Camarda, meanwhile, was earmarked as Gonçalo Ramos' natural deputy, to the extent that the club's management decided against signing another striker in the transfer market. He has so far played just eight minutes across the first six competitive matches. With a packed schedule following the international break and the need to give Ramos a rest, however, the young forward could soon be handed more playing time.
