AC Milan's Alexis Saelemaekers has picked up a serious injury a few days ago. According to the latest reports, it seems that we are heading towards a new surgery on the same ankle which was operated on in 2024.
The Belgian player, meanwhile, had these words to share with the fans on an Instagram post:
"It’s not easy going through moments like this. When you love football, being away from the pitch, your teammates and the thing you love most hurts. It’s a difficult period, but I’ll face it with patience, determination and an even greater desire to get back to doing what I love."
