Strahinja Pavlovic is set to strengthen his ties with AC Milan. According to Sky Sport, the Serbian defender arrived at Casa Milan earlier today to sign a contract extension with the Rossoneri.
Having joined Milan in the summer of 2024, with his current deal due to expire in 2028, the former Salzburg player is expected to sign a new contract running until 2031, along with a significant pay rise.
Pavlovic, new deal until 2031 and salary increase
The 2001-born defender, who hails from Sabac, currently earns €1.7 million net per year, but his salary is expected to rise to €3 million under the new deal. This reflects how Pavlovic has established himself as a key figure at the Rossoneri.
After an inconsistent first season under Paulo Fonseca and Sergio Conceicao, Pavlovic became a reliable presence in defence under Massimiliano Allegri. His status as a regular has also been maintained this season under Ruben Amorim.
