Today's edition of SportMediaset reported on the future of defender and captain Alessio Romagnoli. The paper went on to state that Milan will sell their captain if a suitable offer arrives. The defender's contract is set to expire in 2022, and management will certainly be fielding offers as the defender no longer fits the club's plan for his salary.
Romagnoli has captained the club since 2018, but has recently lost his position to youngster Fikayo Tomori, who Milan look to officially purchase this summer. Alessio will likely have trouble finding minutes this season for the Rossoneri, so management will look to move him and make some money in the process.
