AC Milan has been recently linked to South Korean talent playing currently in La Liga side Valencia: Lee Kang-in.
The player is 20 years old, born in Incheon, South Korea. His contract with Valencia expires in June 30, 2022. He is capable of occupying different positions on the field: mainly attacking midfielder, right winger and even centre forward.
In the season that just ended, the young jewel of the Spanish club made 26 appearances between La Liga and Copa del Rey. He contributed with 4 assists and one goal.
Lee Kang-In has many strengths that make him a nightmare for defenders who are tasked with marking him. He likes to dribble, hold on to the ball and move forward with it. When he decides to make a pass, he's always looking to create scoring opportunities for a teammate that is well positioned.
It is worthy to note that he is the kind of player that could win fouls in dangerous areas of the pitch.
Lee Kang-In was the Under-20 World Cup Golden Ball Winner in 2019. He is one of the hottest prospects playing in Europe right now.

He often likes to create goal threats by sprinting towards the defense while using different dribbling techniques like ball rolls and some important touches with his instep.
Lee also prefers to make great runs while asking for the pass from his teamamtes, he can position himself really well while drifting to the left. He likes to do body feints to the weak foot of the opposition's defender.
Moreover, the Korean is also a good set-piece taker. He can provide interesting crosses that can create danger and panic in the defences of other teams.
Deadly on the counter-attacks thanks to his accelerations and great vision for through balls, the gifted attacking midfielder can still improve a lot by working on his finishing skills. Another weakness in his profile is that he is not the best when it comes to aerial duals which is understandable since he stands at only 1.73m.
Lee Kang-In, son of a taekwondo teacher, has the potential to make it to the great levels of football if he shows more consistency and earns more regular playing time. His great left foot and impeccable athleticism level make him a candidate to become a great footballker in the next few years.
"He absorbs knowledge like a sponge. He is the ace of the team with excellent speed, shooting and defensive technique." commented the late South Korean legend Yoo Sang-chul about a very young Lee Kang-In, many years ago.
Keen to learn and improve his already-great skills, Lee has every ability that is required to improve further and become world-class.
He can be a great catch for AC Milan as Geoffrey Moncada and his scouting team look for the next youngster who can be an added value to the squad.
