AC Milan are looking into the possibility of signing a midfielder, especially knowing that Soualiho Meité is returning to Torino after his loan with the Rossoneri which did not convince the managers.
Timoué Bakayoko is one of the players that could be a concrete target for Paolo Maldini, as per reports. The midfielder already spent a season-loan at the San Siro in the 2018/2019 season.
The player's agent, Andy Bara gave an exclusive interview to the microphones of Calciomercato.com. Here are his words on the matter:
"It is possible. Milan are looking for a player with Bakayoko's characteristics. and it is likely that they can make an offer. At the moment Timouè is a Chelsea player, but there is a possibility that he goes to an Italian team. Milan are a great club and we will do everything to bring Bakayoko to the Rossoneri if there is an opportunity to do so. Maldini and Massara know him, they are aware of what he can do."
On Chelsea's request:
"I don't think he will go away on loan like he did with Napoli, his contract doesn't allow it. I don't know the price at the moment, I don't decide on this and it wouldn't be serious to talk about it."
On Milan's talks with Chelsea over Giroud and Ziyech:
"Milan and Chelsea are friendly clubs, if they want to do something I'm sure they will eventually do it."
