AC Milan are very active on the market as they have already finished up some operations, like the signing of Mike Maignan to replace Donnarumma, activating the buy-option for Fikayo Tomori, and soon, closing the deal for Sandro Tonali's permanent move.
But, the Rossoneri managers intend to find new players that can give further technical and tactical strength to the squad of Stefano Pioli.
The goal is to find a solid profile that can be a good option for the midfield. Actually, As reported already recently by Alfredo Pedullà of SportItalia, AC Milan are fans of Boubacar Kamara of Marseille who does not want to extend his contract which runs out next year. But, Serie A club Lazio joins Milan in chasing the signature of the 21-year-old talented midfielder.
Now, SportItalia confirmed Milan's ongoing interest in the French midfielder, but other players in different positions are also being evaluated.
In fact, the club executives are keeping a close eye on Dani Ceballos of Real Madrid who returned from a 2-year-loan period at Arsenal in the Premier League. Talks could get serious between Milan and Los Blancos thanks to the ongoing business involving Brahim Diaz' return to the Rossoneri ranks.
There is also Marcel Sabitzer, Austrian 27-year-old midfielder who can play the number 10 role just as well. His current deal with RB Leipzig expires next year.
Ajax's versatile attacking midfielder, Dusan Tadic, aged 32 from Serbia, is also a difficult track to follow since the Dutch giants are not willing to let him go.
For the right wing position, Domenico Berardi of Sassuolo is currently just a dream, there is nothing concrete from AC Milan.
As for the centre forward position, Olivier Giroud remains the top target.
