To find a replacement for Hakan Calhanoglu, AC Milan is still evaluating options and the latest idea for the club managers is signing Julien Brandt from Borussia Dortmund.
According to Calciomercato.com, the attacking midfielder of Borussia Dortmund is indeed being considered by Maldini and Massara at Casa Milan.
As a matter of fact, in the past few weeks, Borussia Dortmund asked for information for Rafael Leao, for which agent Jorge Mendes has promised to present some offers, there has also been talk of Brandt's future.
The German player is linked to his club with a contract lasting until June 2024 and would like to be a central piece in the club's project. Last season, he did not enjoy a regular starting spot in the lineup.
As for the player, Lazio have also expressed interest in acquiring his services with a paid loan move and an option to buy which does not please the Dortmund management very much. AC Milan are also attempting to present the same transfer formula.
