Porto's headcoach, Sergio Conceicao, spoke to the media during the press conference ahead of the Champions League game against AC Milan at the San Siro stadium:

"We want to prepare the game and try to win with the traits which we have. Every game is different, every opponent is different. Milan has its history and its qualities, regardless of who will play they are always very strong and it will be up to us to beat them in terms of quality, both individually and collectively. It will not be an easy environment, the atmosphere will not be in our favour. It will be a very difficult match, between two high quality teams, we will have to play with the aim of winning. Milan is a club that has won seven Champions and four World Cups, has its own history and plays in the Serie A, one of the best leagues in the world. They won in Rome against a very strong team coached by one of the best in the world, José Mourinho."

Conceicao on Milan having 0 points in the Champions League group stage:

"Playing against Liverpool is not easy, we are talking about a team among the best in the world. Against Atletico Madrid, they played a very balanced game and Milan did not deserve to lose. Also at Dragao they proved to be a very strong opponent. Now it will be a different game, we have to think that at home they will be even stronger."

On the formation:

"I could change something. I don't think in terms of absences or disqualifications. If one doesn't play, there is another. The truth is, we will try to do with who we have. AC Milan have excellent players, we have to deal with their strengths. As for us, I won't say more about the ideas I have, I hope we will be able to put them into practice."

The Portuguese coach continues:

"Wendell will not be there and that's for sure, Marcano? It is difficult and Uribe is also very difficult. Brahim is that player who, between the lines, can put the opponents in crisis, he has great qualities and Krunic has different characteristics. Kessié is a point of reference, he is the most physical player they have in midfield. Theo Hernandez has offensive qualities, he works very well with Leao. They are all strong players, in the first leg I had more solutions that I don't have now."  said Conceicao, "It is always a difficult environment as I said, we will have to enter the field with the same will of the opponent. I don't think we will have to think about other results."
