AC Milan's management is keen on building a strong team in view of next season. There is an obstacle which is Franck Kessié who is tipped to leave on a free with Renato Sanches being the top candidate to replace him. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara have not been able to find a reasonable agreement with the former Atalanta star due to the huge gap between offer and demand for the renewal.

The Rossonero number 79 will play out his contract to leave elsewhere in order to earn way more wages than what his current club has offered in contract extension. The club management, for their part, have moved to protect their interests, reportedly, by trying to secure the services of Renato Sanches and the eventual arrival of Yacine Adli who is on loan at Bordeaux.
According to Corriere della Sera, Portuguese midfielder Renato Sanches and Frenchman Yacine Adli will both be the replacement of Franck Kessié for Stefano Pioli's team.
