AC Milan continue to be keen on one of their top summer targets, as per reports: Marco Asensio of Real Madrid.
The future of the Real Madrid star number 11 seems to be still not known. However, the recent change in agents could open the door for a contract renewal with the Spanish giants. The attacking midfielder (also plays as right-winger) has chosen to be represented by 'Gestifute' which is the agency of Jorge Mendes. His current deal expires in June 2023.
The AC Milan club's position:
Asensio remains a target for the Rossoneri in case an opportunity at an affordable price presents itself in the summer transfer window. The relationship with Los Blancos is quite good and with InvestCorp, the strategy in the transfer session could even be changed. This was reported in yesterday's Tuttosport.
