AC Milan return to work today at Milanello

The Rossoneri squad has returned to work today after two days of rest (yesterday, several players have reportedly shown up at Milanello to work alone and be ready for the next clash). Preparations to face Fiorentina at the San Siro are now well underway.

Calciomercato.com today have shared important updates about two unavailable players: Ismael Bennacer and Alessandro Florenzi.

The Algerian midfielder suffered a sprained ankle in last week's Coppa Italia derby. He has carried out personalised work today and there is some improvement to his condition. Milan's coaching staff and management are reportedly optimistic to have him back ready and healthy.

On AC Milan's Alessandro Florenzi:

Alessandro Florenzi returned to working on the field after three weeks from the operation on his knee. Zlatan Ibrahimovic, on the other work, had worked alone today at Milanello to get back into top shape and he is destined to be ready and available for Sunday's Serie A clash against Fiorentina.
