Junior Messias will be redeemed by AC Milan from Crotone. The Brazilian winger who is 31 years old, however, will still have some interest of other Serie A clubs despite the Rossoneri triggering the buy-option.
This is written in today's edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport who do insist that Messias, despite interest of other clubs, would be likely to remain at Milanello.
Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara have managed to get a significant discount on the buy-option and it is now reportedly set at 3.5 million euros instead of the initial agreement on 5.4 million euros.
The AC Milan management sees Junior Messias as an excellent alternative to be deployed in the right flank and attacking midfield areas. But, there is still the aim to add a top right winger and playmaker to the squad of Stefano Pioli.
