Divock Origi's arrival to AC Milan for the medical examination was postponed due to him wanting to recover completely from his latest injury which kept him out of the last games with Liverpool against Wolverhampton in the Premier League and Real Madrid in the Champions League final. Origi has been lately in Belgium, as per reports, working on his recovery in order to pass the medical exams with flying colours.
According to what has been reported today by La Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper, the arrival of Origi is getting closer as he is completing his recovery. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara's own contract renewals will be sorted out soon and then it will be time to focus on the former Lille forward who shall arrive on a free transfer.
