AC Milan coach, Stefano Pioli, has to live with some bad news regarding his players' availability these days, including Mike Maignan who should be out for 2 to 3 weeks, according to the latest news reports.
There are, however, some updates relating to the other injured players.
As per the Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, Sandro Tonali who did not train with the national team is currently doing well. Robert Mancini decided not to include him in his plans as a precaution in order not to risk him.
Then, Ante Rebic and Theo Hernandez are working at Milanello to reach a good physical condition and fully recover from injury. The same can be said for Divock Origi except that he's going through a recovery plan in Belgium.
The French and the Belgian, on the other hand, are aiming for Juventus and the return leg of the Champions League agame gainst Chelsea. As for the Croatian forward of AC Milan, he might be able to be available for the game against Empoli on October 1st.
Simon Kjaer felt a slight pain in the ankle yesterday with the national team in Denmark's game versus Croatia. But, as per the newspaper, his situation is not too serious.
