Also present at the press conference together with the Rossoneri president Paolo Scaroni, Giuseppe Bonomi, AC Milan Advisor, released these statements about the new stadium project. Here are his words:
"We have made changes based on the requests of the Municipality, in particular as regards the volumes, with the volumetric index which fell further to 0.35. We have updated everything and so the Municipality has launched the public debate which will begin tomorrow."
"We hope that everything can go the right way, we clubs will evaluate all the proposals that arrive, but which must be consistent with our proposal that has already received the manifestation of public interest."
The AC Milan advisor, Giuseppe Bonomi, added:
"A commercial part is used to keep the area alive 24 hours a day, there will be the offices of the two teams and there will be a citadel of sport. Compared to the initial project, there is a reduction in the built area of about 50 thousand square meters. There will also be a large usable green area of over 103 thousand square meters. The area will be entirely pedestrian."
